    CPU College in assosation with its parteners institutions is planning to organize its annual research conference.

    The conference will serve as a platform to participate, practitioners, researchers, and paper presenters for sharing research results, practices, and innovations contributing towards national development agenda. CPU Business and Information Technology College would therefore like to invite researcher and practitioner to submit there manuscripts for consideration to be presented on the upcoming conference. The paper should focus on the following thematic areas:

    • Changes of hard skill field of studies in Ethiopia Higher Education Institution.
    • Tracer Study on private  Ethiopia Higher Education Institution with TVET Agency, assessment center, MOE, HERQA.
    • Challenges and prospect of Accounting Information System (Accounting software).
    • Challenges and prospect of Taxation and Custom.
    • Higher Education Institutions and Industries Linkage.
    • The roll of ICT in sustainable economic growth for GTP II.
    • Entrepreneurship, Innovation and small business enterprise.  
    •  Insurance and Banking Practice in Ethiopia.
    • Infrastructure Development; road, railway, air transport, telecom.
    • Quality assurance, Education and Training (TVET, Higher education).
    • Capacity building and good government in higher education.
    • Leadership and change management.

    CPU College hosted its 4th Annual Research Workshop on August 12, 2016.The workshop was successful in attracting pratitioners, lecturers,and experts engaged in computer-related fields and sharing experiences as well as knoleddge in computer science. . ..

    Inclusive ICT for Students with Visual Impairment

  • Inclusive ICT for Students with Visual Impairment

    CPU College organized a workshop on “Inclusive ICT for Students with Visual Impairment”. Various institutions, such as Ethiopian National Visually Impaired Association, ‘Wusate Birhan’ Musical School for Visually Impaired Students, ‘Addis Hiwot’ Musical Schools for Students with Visual Impairment and others participated in the workshop.

    The workshop has not only provided ICT skills to students with visual impairment but also has inspired them to work for excellence and continuous development in ICT endeavor.

    In addition, it would allow the college to further continue interacting and working together with various institutions engaged in societal activities and supportive roles.
